We hope that you are completely satisfied with your products. If for some reason you are not satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of purchase date for a full product-refund. Kindly be advised that you will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless it is defective) & that shipping charges will not be refunded.

For NON DEFECTIVE products, please follow the instructions below:

1. First and foremost, please contact us via phone or email (info@abclunchies.com) to inform us of your intent to return the products. Make sure you have your receipt & order number handy as we will need this to locate your order details.

2. Complete the returns form carefully & send it to us via email to info@abclunchies.com.

3. Pack the items you wish to return in protective packaging (the box in which you received your order in).

4. Make sure to include the return form you have completed and please also include 5 Euros for the return shipping costs for GREECE and 10 Euros for returns from CYPRUS (this cost is only for non-defective products).

5. Send them via ACS courier with OUR charge (client code as well as shipping address will be provided to you once we receive your email).

6. After receipt & careful examination of the returned items, your purchase will be refunded via the initial payment method used.

Returned items must be in new and unused condition with original packaging. In the event of a return of a packaged product (e.g. in a cardboard box), the return will only be accepted if the packaging is intact (i.e. not opened). We do not accept returns of used products unless they have a manufacturer defect.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

1. If you suspect your item may be defective, please contact us at info@abclunchies.com with your order number and details of the suspected defect as well as supporting images.

2. Complete the return form, fill it out carefully & send it to us via email at info@abclunchies.com.

3. Pack the items you wish to return in protective packaging, including the form you have completed.

4. Send them via ACS courier with OUR charge (client code as well as shipping address will be provided to you once we receive your email).

5. After receipt & careful examination of the returned items, your purchase will be refunded via the initial payment method used.

Items that are damaged due to human misuse and gravity (i.e., dropped and broken) or damaged from regular wear & tear are not considered defective and are not eligible for refund.
