If for some reason you are not satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of purchase date for a full product-refund as long as the below requirements are met:
NON DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
- Returned items must be in new and unused condition with original packaging.
- If you are returning a packaged product (e.g. in a cardboard box), the return will only be accepted if the packaging is intact (i.e. not opened).
- When returning the items, they should be returned in protective packaging & not in a plastic bag!
We do not accept returns of used products unless they have a manufacturer defect.
Kindly be advised that you will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless it is defective).
Shipping charges added to your order, will not be refunded.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
- Items that are damaged due to human misuse and gravity (i.e., dropped and broken, not following care instructions) or damaged from regular wear & tear are not considered defective and are not eligible for refund.
- When returning the items, they should be returned in protective packaging & not in a plastic bag!
After receipt & careful examination of the returned items, your purchase will be refunded via the initial payment method used.
